SanDisk stock (NASDAQ: SNDK) opened Friday’s trading session at $1,753 and has bounced back effortlessly after every downturn. After famously falling below the $985 level during the last week of July, it scaled up immensely in the indices. SNDK crossed the $1,700 zone in less than two months, defying all odds in the market. The rise highlights the strength of the equity, and every dip is a buying opportunity for investors. This gives traders confidence that a market crash would not be fatal to their wallets, as the bounce back could be much stronger.
This is why Mark Newman, the Managing Director and Senior Analyst covering Technology Hardware at Bernstein, gave SanDisk stock the most bullish price target at $3,000. Newman explained that SanDisk has a muted downside risk with a high multi-year earnings-per-share (EPS) potential. This makes its current valuation look significantly undervalued compared to its future growth. The Bernstein analyst highlighted the company’s NBM agreements with major hyperscalers, with a commitment worth $94 billion.
This already covers nearly 60% of its business revenues for FY27/28. The volume is huge, and demand for other AI products is also yet to cool down. The development puts SanDisk stock ahead of the curve and offers a stronger bounce-back opportunity after every dip. While these are just locked-in business deals, the company is still signing agreements with several major AI giants and data centers. The ultra-high-density enterprise SSDs and eSSDs are effectively eliminating down-cycle losses and protecting SNDK from remaining stagnant.

SanDisk Stock (SNDK) To $3,000: Predicts Bernstein

Bernstein has given SanDisk stock a $3,000 price target and has maintained the rating for months. It is the only Wall Street firm that has given SNDK such a bullish forecast. That’s an uptick and return on investment (ROI) of approximately 70% from its current value. Therefore, an investment of $1,000 could turn into $1,700 if Bernstein’s price prediction of $3,000 for SNDK turns out to be accurate.
