Our Commitment
Panda Crypto News is committed to accuracy. When we make errors — factual, contextual or typographical — we correct them promptly, transparently and without concealment.
Types of Corrections
Minor Corrections
Typographical errors, spelling mistakes and minor factual inaccuracies (such as an incorrect date or figure) are corrected immediately in the article text. A brief correction note is appended to the article indicating what was changed and when.
Significant Corrections
Where a material fact is wrong — for example, an incorrectly attributed statement, a substantially incorrect price figure or a misrepresented event outcome — we:
- Correct the article text immediately.
- Add a clearly visible correction notice at the top of the article stating what was incorrect, what the correction is, and the date of correction.
- Update the article's
updated_attimestamp.
Retractions
In exceptional cases where an article is found to be fundamentally inaccurate or was published in error, we may retract it entirely. Retracted articles are replaced with a notice explaining the retraction. We do not silently delete content.
How to Submit a Correction
If you believe an article contains an error, please email editorial [at] pandacryptonews.com with:
- The URL of the article in question.
- A description of the alleged error.
- The correct information, with a source or reference where possible.
We aim to respond within 24 hours and to apply verified corrections within the same business day.
Timestamp Integrity
We do not alter published_at timestamps when correcting articles. Corrections only update the updated_at field. We do not use corrections as a mechanism to artificially refresh content for search purposes.
AI-Generated Content
Articles produced through our AI-assisted workflow are subject to the same corrections policy as all other content. If our AI pipeline produces an inaccuracy that passes editorial review, we correct it promptly upon discovery.
