Warren Buffett’s investment arm, Berkshire Hathaway is expected to collect an eye-popping sum of dividends in 2026. According to the latest 13F filing for the second quarter of 2026, the company holds 400 million shares in Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) and is among the favorite holdings of the self-made billionaire.

Coca-Cola announced that it is raising its dividend to $2.12 per share for the next payout, which is scheduled for October 1, 2026. This is its 64th consecutive annual dividend increase and is among the highest payouts in the broader stock market. Therefore, Warren Buffett’s investment arm will receive a staggering $848 million payout in dividends alone.

In addition, Warren Buffett received a dividend of $704 million from Coca-Cola in 2022. That’s an impressive amount, and even passive income for Berkshire Hathaway comes close to a billion. Coca-Cola is not just one of Warren Buffett’s favorite stocks, but it is also his favorite drink. He revealed in CNBC’s Squawk Box interview in 2019 that he drinks around 12 ounces of Coke every day.

“I drink probably five 12-ounce Cokes a day, and that’s about 700 calories, and I’ve been doing it more or less my whole life. I can’t imagine anybody that feels better than I do,” he said. This aligns with Warren Buffett’s advice of investing in companies that you personally know about and what they do, and it fits perfectly with his love for Coca-Cola. Not only is he drinking a good amount of Coca-Cola, but he is also earning massive dividends from it.
