At first glance, this chart looks bearish, not because price is collapsing, but because buyers have gradually lost control after failing to hold the breakout near $72-$73.

The market has spent several weeks respecting a large descending structure. Every rally has produced lower highs, while every decline has been bought slightly above the major support zone. That creates a market trapped between hope and reality.

Right now, the price is sitting almost exactly where the next major decision has to happen and the Earnings report of CRCL will be published in 3 days.

So there are two realistic scenarios am predicting:

📈 Bullish Scenario: If buyers successfully defend the $58-$59 support zone, this area could become the foundation for a relief rally.

The first objective would be reclaiming $63-$64, where short-term resistance begins to build. A break above that could open the door toward $66-$67, and if momentum continues, the larger resistance around $72-$73 becomes the next major target.

That move would also invalidate the recent sequence of lower highs and signal that buyers are beginning to regain control.

📉 Bearish Scenario: Support is only meaningful if it holds. If price loses the $58 area with convincing volume, the entire structure weakens considerably. In that case, the chart offers relatively little support until the $52 region, which aligns with the next significant higher-timeframe demand zone.
