XAUUSD is approaching an important resistance zone where price has repeatedly lost momentum and reversed lower in the past. Buyers are currently pushing the market back into this supply area, but sellers may regain control if the zone continues to hold.

If bearish confirmation appears, such as long upper wicks, a bearish engulfing candle, or a clear loss of buying momentum, I expect price to pull back toward 4,115.

A decisive breakout above the resistance zone, followed by sustained trading above it, would invalidate the bearish outlook and strengthen the case for further gains.
