ORCLE looks to have retested the previous low and is showing signs of strength. I'm looking for it to return to the all-time high. From a fundamental standpoint, Oracle is a strong company. They laid-off thousands of employees earlier in the year as they build out their AI infrastructure. This makes sense as the why price dropped. I think this stock is extremely underpriced.
