XAU/USD – Bullish Liquidity Expansion Setup
Gold is currently trading around 4,059, with the overall structure suggesting a potential bullish continuation after the recent reaction from the 4,000–4,010 Order Block.
The H1 chart shows that price has repeatedly respected the major demand area near 4,000–4,010, where strong buying pressure has appeared. From this zone, price made a sharp recovery and reclaimed the 4,040–4,060 area, indicating improving bullish momentum.
A key Volume Imbalance is visible around 4,050–4,070. Holding above this region would strengthen the bullish case and could provide a base for the next expansion.
Above current price, the major FVG sits around 4,100–4,120. This area is an important reaction zone, but a clean breakout and acceptance above it could open the path toward the Buy-Side Liquidity near 4,160.
The chart also shows a broader HTF descending trendline. A decisive H1 break and close above this structure would provide additional confirmation that the bearish corrective phase is losing strength.
🎯 Bullish Scenario
Support: 4,040–4,050
Major Demand / Order Block: 4,000–4,010
First Major Target: 4,100–4,120 FVG
Liquidity Target: 4,160
As long as price maintains the 4,040–4,050 region and continues forming higher lows, the probability favors another push toward the 4,100–4,120 FVG, followed by a potential sweep of 4,160 buy-side liquidity.
⚠️ A sustained break below 4,000 would invalidate the bullish structure and shift attention back toward lower levels.
