Fundamental Outlook

CHFTHB is expected to trade within a range with a bearish bias in the short term. Technical Outlook

CHFTHB continues to favor a Bearish outlook after being sharply rejected from the 41.50 resistance level, resulting in a strong bearish candlestick that pushed the pair below its short-term moving average and back toward a key support area. This suggests that sellers have regained control of the short-term trend.

Although the decline has started to stabilize around 41.19, and a short-term rebound remains possible, any recovery is likely to be temporary as long as the pair remains below 41.30.

The RSI is currently at 35.23, well below the neutral 50 level, indicating that bearish momentum remains strong. Meanwhile, the MACD is trading below the Signal Line, and the Histogram remains in negative territory, reinforcing the current downside momentum.

As long as CHFTHB remains below 41.30, the pair is expected to extend its decline toward 41.12, with a further downside target at 41.07, the main objective of the Bearish Scenario.
