BTC Is Testing The Range Top At 64,400.
BTC pushed to the top of its range and is consolidating there, trading 64,028 just under the 64,400 to 64,497 ceiling. The laggard has fully caught up to the board and is now pressing the level that has capped the range. But it has not broken it - the hourly surface cooled back to neutral and a high-sweep is active, so this is a pause at resistance, not a breakout. The range is intact; BTC is just testing it from the top. Neutral.
Resistance: 64,400.89 - the range top being tested
Key resistance: 64,999-65,033 - the breakout level
Current price: 64,028
Support: 63,796.21 - first support
Key support: 63,625.81 - the reclaimed shelf
Structural floor: 62,459.75 - the range low
Two paths from here:
It breaks 65,033 and the range resolves up. If BTC pushes through 64,400 and closes above 65,033, the two-week range breaks up and joins the equity rally. A close above the top is the trigger that has not come yet.
It rejects the range top again. A cooled surface and a high-sweep at resistance is a pause that can turn into a rejection. A failure at 64,400 and a loss of 63,625 drops it back toward the range middle. The ceiling has held the whole range.
BTC caught the board's bid and is now at the top of its range - but pressing a level is not breaking it. A close above 65,033 resolves the range up; rejecting here keeps it range-bound. The breakout is still unproven.
