Bitcoin (BTC/USD) – 4H Sell Setup | Technical Analysis
Market Outlook: Bearish
Bitcoin remains in a downtrend after breaking down from an ascending channel, confirming bearish market structure. Price previously rejected the strong resistance zone around 65,500, adding further selling pressure.
The Fair Value Gap (FVG) between 63,500–63,250 has already been filled, and price is now trading near 62,500, a key support level.
Trade Plan:
- Watch for a confirmed 4H candle close below 62,500.
- A successful breakdown could trigger a strong bearish continuation.
- If price retraces back into the 63,500–63,250 FVG, it may provide a high-probability sell re-entry before the next leg down.
Technical Targets:
TP1: 60,900
TP2: 60,200
TP3: 58,300
Risk Management:
Wait for confirmation before entering. Avoid selling directly into support without a confirmed breakdown, and always use proper stop-loss and position sizing.
Market View: As long as price remains below the key resistance and breaks 62,500 with confirmation, the bearish outlook remains valid. A pullback into the FVG could offer another opportunity to join the trend.
