The Price Seems to have Made a Bottom!
I am a technical swing trader and only work with Monthly and Weekly candles, anything more granular is noise for me (even the Daily chart), including the the daily news and updates regarding the company or the stock.
From a higher time-frame perspective, the Intel price seems to have bottomed. What you see here is the fib retracement from April Low to the June High, the price has beautifully kissed the 61% fib retracement and reacted positively from there. Now the only confirmation I am looking for is this weekly candle close, if this weekly candle closes strong (around $105-$110) with decent volume, that for me would be confirmation that the near term correction has ended and the price is ready to continue it's upward trajectory.
Tailwinds - Upbeat Quarterly earnings report and solid fundamentals.
Headwinds - Overall short-term semiconductor sectoral residual weakness.
