End of day update from us here at KOG:

After missing most of that move yesterday and sitting on our hands, today made sure we got our piece of the action, not only on Gold, but USDCAD, AUDUSD and Oil all performed. We gave the two hot spots in the last report, with the higher one being a key level for a RIP and it gave us a lovely tap and bounce early session. We'll stick with it at the moment having completed most of our RB targets apart from one, so for now the flip is on with 4265 needing to hold for us to continue the move.

We have support at the 4230 level, so a retracement upside is on the cards according to the indicators, so potentially a slow end to the day here on the markets.

Apart from that, we're protected and managed and with NFP tomorrow we'll want to start the day with a fresh slate.
