Silver is currently in a strong upward trend, having broken through multiple key resistance levels. Retail investors need to shed their ingrained bearish mindset regarding the metal. I have extensive experience navigating this type of sharp market rally.

Our approach is grounded in a clear understanding of silver's current market dynamics. First, short-term traders must align with the trend; following the trend is a reliable strategy. Given the current momentum, going long on silver is the prudent choice. Second, identifying key support and resistance levels is crucial. In a rally like this, unless one is chasing the trend by going long, it is difficult to enter long positions at support zones; therefore, looking for shorting opportunities at key resistance zones becomes the only viable strategy. Finally, as the price rises, support and resistance levels shift upward, so our strategy must adapt accordingly.



We still have plenty of opportunities to trade silver ahead. The support zone below lies between 61.3 and 61.5; this area represents a key "flip" zone (where previous resistance turns into support) and marks the base of the largest bullish candle. Meanwhile, the resistance zone above is located between 62.5 and 63. This area corresponds to a previous high and continues to exert significant resistance. We will focus our attention on trading opportunities within these two zones.
