A key level to watch right now is the 4,284 zone, where the ascending channel's lower boundary converges with the nearest Fair Value Gaps (FVGs). Should the price retest this area and hold, I expect buying momentum to return and drive XAUUSD toward the channel's upper boundary near 4,374.

Given that gold remains supported by expectations of a less hawkish Federal Reserve policy, the current market structure favors a trend-following strategy—buying the uptrend—rather than counter-trend selling.
