After several sessions of consolidation inside a descending channel, XAUUSD delivered a strong breakout above the dynamic resistance line, showing that market control is shifting clearly toward buyers. What stands out is that the breakout was supported by large bullish candles, reflecting aggressive buying interest rather than a brief move above resistance.

Price is currently holding above the breakout zone without showing any significant signs of weakness. As long as the 4,240–4,245 area remains intact, the bullish structure will stay valid and provide a foundation for the next upward extension.

In the short term, I continue to favor the bullish scenario, with the next target around the 4,315 resistance zone. The current momentum will only come into question if price falls back below the breakout area and loses the newly formed support.
