After the strong breakout, XAUUSD is now pausing around the 4,340–4,360 area. However, price is still holding firmly above the 4,290–4,305 zone, showing that buyers have not lost control and the current pullback looks more like a healthy pause before another potential move higher.

If this newly established support continues to hold, XAUUSD could form another bullish leg and retest the 4,360 area. A strong break above this level would open the door for further upside toward 4,406.

The short-term bullish outlook would lose strength if XAUUSD breaks below 4,290 and closes back under this area.
