After recovering from the key support zone, XAUUSD continues to maintain a bullish structure with a series of higher lows. Most recently, price completed a retest of the ascending trendline and quickly bounced higher, showing that buyers still control the short-term price action.

The positive point is that sellers have attempted several times to push price below the trendline but have failed. Instead, each pullback has attracted renewed demand, preserving the bullish structure and allowing the recovery to continue.

If the ascending trendline remains intact, I expect XAUUSD to move toward the 4,130 resistance area. A successful breakout above this level would confirm the potential for a stronger bullish move. On the other hand, if price breaks below the trendline and loses the support zone underneath, the current bullish scenario will weaken significantly.
