After several sessions of consolidation within a sideways range, XAGUSD confirmed a breakout with a strong bullish move, showing that buyers have clearly taken control. Notably, price did not fall back into the former consolidation zone and continues to hold above it, reflecting sustained bullish capital flow.

Price is now entering a short-term consolidation phase above the newly formed support area. The pullbacks remain relatively shallow and are quickly absorbed by buyers, while the higher-high and higher-low structure is still intact. This suggests that bullish momentum has not yet been lost.

If the current support zone continues to hold, I expect XAGUSD to resume its upward move and test the 63.44 area. The bullish scenario will only come into question if price fails to create a new high, forms a lower high, and then breaks below the most recent swing low.
