What is FIB SPEED RESISTANCE ARC ?
Fibonacci speed resistance arcs are technical analysis chart tools used to spot trend corrections, measure the speed of a price move, and identify resistance levels.
The Baseline:
You draw a straight line from a major swing low to a major swing high (in an uptrend) or vice versa.
The Arcs:
Half-circle arcs extend downward or outward from the peak, intersecting the baseline at calculated Fibonacci or fractional percentages.
Speed and Angle:
The curvature measures both the depth of a pullback and the rate (speed) at which the market ascends or descends
