NVDA Broke Out Again - New Highs At 222.

The leader kept leading. NVDA broke out of its consolidation and ran to a new high at 222.35, up 3.43 percent, clearing 217.49 and 220.21 in one move. Wednesday's read was that holding 213 and breaking 217.49 keeps the trend running - and it did. The V-recovery from 189 is now a full-blown uptrend at new highs. Conviction is neutral with no anti-signal, so the move is clean, if extended after such a run. Neutral.

Two paths from here:

It holds above 217.49 and extends. A clean breakout to new highs that holds the prior level is a trend in force. Holding 220 keeps the path open toward 224 and beyond. NVDA is the strongest name on the board by a wide margin.

It reverses after the extended run. NVDA has gone from 189 to 222 with barely a pause - that is a lot of ground. A loss of 217.49 would be the first sign the vertical run needs to backfill. Extended leaders can correct sharply.
