EURUSD has broken above a key resistance zone and is now pulling back to retest the area that was recently cleared. This level had previously capped several recovery attempts, so if it turns into support, it could provide the foundation for the next move higher.

If bullish signals emerge, such as lower-wick rejection, a bullish reversal pattern, or signs that selling pressure is weakening, I expect price to continue recovering toward 1.1663. However, a clear break below the support zone would weaken the bullish outlook and suggest that the breakout is losing credibility.
This is an important area where price action may provide clearer clues about the next direction.
