AUDUSD is pulling back to retest the support zone formed after price broke above the previous resistance area. This is an important level, as buyers previously took control here and drove the market sharply higher.

What stands out is that the current correction has not yet changed the short-term bullish structure. If buying pressure returns and successfully defends this support zone, AUDUSD could resume its upward move toward the 0.7040–0.7050 area.

In the short term, I favor the scenario where price holds the current support and continues extending its recovery. However, if price closes below this zone, the advantage will gradually shift toward sellers and the bullish outlook will no longer be valid.
