Bargains are good. I'm not sure If this is a bargain, but it presents an interesting setup.

Their #s seem OK. Have to look at debt load. Etc.

I'm at that point that as things get tough, I'll go to the outlets, $ stores, etc.

This seems to be a decent spot.
