XAUUSD Bias: Firmly Bearish

Higher-timeframe structure on gold remains decisively bearish. The 4-hour chart has been locked in a tight consolidation for the entirety of the past month, yet the market has left clear liquidity resting beneath the range lows. A move lower to sweep that liquidity remains the higher-probability path and could serve as the catalyst for a clean downside breakout of the consolidation.

Lower-timeframe price action is not yet fully aligned with the higher-timeframe bearish bias, though clear signs of underlying weakness persist. Price may still probe the stubborn support zone once more before any meaningful rebound materializes.
