KSE-100: Range Building Fuel for the Next Breakout
Taking lead from our previous analysis, KSE-100 behaved broadly as expected. The index showed recovery at the start of the week, but later came back down, confirming our view that the market is still moving inside a range.
Trend Hierarchy
Secular Trend: Bullish
Intermediate Trend: Range / Accumulation
Short-Term Trend: Sideways
Market Structure
The market is currently consolidating after a strong recovery from lower levels. This range-bound movement should not be viewed as weakness for now.
Instead, this sideways phase may help the index gather enough fuel for the next major upside attempt.
Outlook
We anticipate that KSE-100 is gradually preparing for an upside breakout, but this may not happen immediately.
More time inside the range would actually be healthy. A stronger base may help the index eventually challenge the previous ATH and move toward new highs.
Strategy
The preferred approach is selective accumulation.
Instead of chasing the index, focus on good stocks that are currently ranging or consolidating with strength.
