Gold at a Decision Point: Liquidity Will Decide the Next Move
📊 Market Structure
Looking across the Daily, H4, and M30 timeframes, Gold is approaching a key decision area.
🔴 The medium-term structure remains slightly bearish, with price still trading below the EMA200 and major supply zones.
🟢 However, the Discount / Demand Zone has been defended multiple times, showing that institutional buyers are still active.
What are institutions likely watching?
Below the current Order Block sits a significant Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL) cluster:
• SSL 4013
• SSL 4002
• Weak Low 3995
This creates an attractive area for a potential liquidity sweep before any larger bullish expansion.
Bullish Scenario 🟢
If buyers defend the Discount zone once again and a Bullish CHoCH/BOS develops, price could begin targeting the liquidity above.
The next objectives would be:
➡️ 4080
➡️ 4115
➡️ Next Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) 4135
Bearish Scenario 🔴
If the Order Block fails and price closes below 3995, the probability increases for a deeper sweep of the remaining Sell-Side Liquidity before a larger reversal can develop.
Verdict
At this stage, I'm not focused on predicting the next candle—I'm focused on where liquidity is located.
The Demand Zone remains valid, but the Sell-Side Liquidity beneath it is too significant to ignore.
📊 The highest-probability outcome is either:
one final SSL liquidity sweep followed by a bullish reversal, or
an immediate defense of the Order Block, leading to a recovery toward Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) 4135.
Until one of these scenarios is confirmed, the market remains in an accumulation phase, making patience the best position.
Probability over prediction.
